METHOD FOR OPEN ANGLE PSEUDO-EXFOLIATIVE GLAUCOMA SURGERY

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: selective laser trabeculoplasty is performed, before performing selective laser trabeculoplasty, cornea paracentesis is made at 10 o'clock and dye is introduced into the camera anterior bulbi to visualise pseudo-exfoliative material. Then selective laser trabeculoplasty is performed, thereafter pupil is dilated by mydriatic agents instillations and in 15-20 minutes the second cornea paracentesis is made at 2 o'clock, irrigative aspiration of pseudo-exfoliative material and pigment being carried out bimanually through paracenteses in the camera anterior angle and on phacocyst front surface. Thereafter remaining stages of phacocyst phaco-emulsification are made with intraocular lens implantation.;EFFECT: method enables to achieve durable hypotensive effect and high visual functions during postoperative period.;1 ex
