FIELD: oil and gas production.;SUBSTANCE: facility for communication and fixation of lock element in open position consists of unit for fixation of lock element in open position with fixing device engaging travelling profile on lock element of safety valve. Additionally there is the unit for communication made to rotationally match a cutter with a hydraulic channel of non-round shape in the safety valve and to advance with the cutter into this channel along axis. The method of recovery of functions of an extracted downhole shutoff valve (EDSOV) at utilisation of the primary control line consists in lowering the facility for communication into well and in fixing the lock element in the open position, in arranging the facility in EDSOV and in shearing thread in EDSOV to provide mobility to the lock element of EDSOV. Further the lock element is sheared for fixation of this element, the cutter is oriented and communication of fluid with the valve channel is set.;EFFECT: upgraded reliability of valve.;28 cl, 78 dwg
