The invention relates to the technique of computing discrete simulation and can be used for modeling by ordinary Petri nets (SP) functioning processes of the elements and nodes of digital computers, operating in the binary system having paraphase representation of information, and data processing devices represented in symbolic form .; Structurally implemented fragment consists of bistable design elements (BKE) type flip-flop simulating position SP, conjunctive elements simulating transitions SP, and comprises a communication between the elements that simulate SP arc. The signals at the inputs of each model BKE delivery and removal of chips from the transition BKE into one of two stable states, reflecting the presence or absence of chips in position in the form of the output signal BKE. Outputs fragment simulating input position SP n pairs BKE whose states are interpreted as values paraphase input binary variables, are connected to inputs of conjunctive elements bonds implementing binary decoder function. Outputs conjunctive elements are connected to the inputs of a pair BKE simulating weekend fragment positions whose state is interpreted as the paraphase output variable value.
