The invention relates to a system automation power electric railways, namely to devices controlling the short-circuit in the contact AC. Technical result: simplification of the device by setting only one set of controls to short-circuit all switches catenary one traction substation. The inventive device comprises a contact double-track AC area network in the zone of electromagnetic interference coupled through switches to the tires traction substation spare tire, to which through the bypass disconnectors included catenary first and second paths, and a voltage transformer to measure the induced voltage from the catenary and the line of the longitudinal supply DPR-27.5 kV. If a short circuit in the catenary voltage of the transformer operator command automatically connects to the contact network of the way in which the damage occurred. The absence of short circuit in the contact system is fixed triggering voltage relay included to a voltage transformer via a filter, and the subsequent operation of the signaling device.
