The invention relates to reciprocating internal combustion engines, and aims to increase fuel combustion efficiency, reduction of fuel consumption, reduction of harmful emissions into the atmosphere. Said technical result is achieved as follows. The device is a vortex chamber having an inlet and an outlet. The inlet chamber is provided with a grating and disintegrating socket for connection to the turbocharger. The outlet of the chamber is equipped with a nozzle for communication with the suction manifold. Inside the swirl chamber has swirl blades which are mounted tangentially to the outlet chamber.
