The wristwatch (1) has a minute indication carrying mobile (9) and a small second hand indication carrying mobile (14) carrying a sequence of minute indication (10) and small second hand indication (15) on their surfaces. A dial is equipped with large apertures (7, 12) for showing parts of the mobiles. A clock movement drives the mobiles for displaying a digit of duration in the apertures. Each aperture is divided into two sub-apertures separated by a line that is connected to the dial and serves as fixed marks (8, 13) for indicating a particular position of the mobiles. An independent claim is also included for a method for displaying a fraction of duration measured by a chronograph or a time zone in a wristwatch.
