The device has an evaluation unit (14) for evaluating of actual values of control circuits (7-12). An alarm unit (15) emits an alarm signal when the actual values exceed or fall below a permissible limit, and a prediction unit (17) determines estimated data of the device. A reference unit (18) assigns the predicted data to the control circuits, and an optimization unit (19) optimizes the predicted data. A signal generation unit (20) determines new reference values for the control circuits, where the reference values are input in a preliminary stage of the control circuits.
