The method involves replacing the existing regulating and stop valve by a loose mounting outlet (6) arranged at the outer end of a pipe (1). The remotely motor actuated regulating and stop-valves (7,15,16) are installed in the water pipe inside the building cladding (4). The actuating elements (9,10,11) are placed in the area of the loose mounting outlet at the outer side of the building cladding.
