The curler has three fixation units provided at each of ends of an oblong tubular element (1) of a body, where the fixation units are constituted by tabs (2) and notches (4). The fixation units fix attachments to maintain hairs wound on the body, and the attachments are constituted by flexible links made of elastic material. The tubular element has a circular section, and is made of metal such as aluminum and aluminum alloy, plastic, wood, ceramic or bamboo. A wall of the element is perforated, where an exterior of the wall is covered with tissue.
