The implant has a microsystem (10) tightly enclosed at an interior of a tubular container tube (20), where the microsystem is surrounded by a protective sheath e.g. thermoretractable tube or elastically deformable tube. The protective sheath is electrically insulated and sealed. The inner diameter of the container tube is adjusted closer to the diameter of section of the container tube, where the container tube is made of titanium. The microsystem comprises a flexible, semi-rigid or rigid elongated printed circuit board (12) and electronic modules (14, 16) mounted on the circuit board. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a medical implant.
