The mechanism has a bidirectional motor driving by gear trains (5, 6) that moves a sprocket wheel (7) at a centre of an analog quartz watch, where the wheel supports a hand at a centre. A sprocket wheel (8) lead a sprocket wheel (9) on which a decentered hand is fixed, where the decentered hand is driven, to a center and/or in decentred position, by the bidirectional motor. A winding stem (10) is passed below the wheel (9).
