The device has an integrated mechanical release switch with a trigger line for activating a release function. A mobile phone has additional keys coupled to the release switch for releasing an emergency call over the mobile phone to an emergency call station, where the call provides a location of an accident during response of the control station. The switch is externally visible at a small lug, and the trigger line is hooked at the lug at an end and has a hook and loop fastener at another end. A counter piece of the fastener is fastened at a middle of a saddle.
