The device has a cyclone tube (1) attached to a compressor (4). A tube is provided with a built-in aperture (3), tangential input and two axial outputs. One of the outputs is attached to a room to be air-conditioned or to a heat exchanger. Another output is attached to the heat exchanger or to an exhaust pipe directed into the ambient air. Cyclone tubes are connected and arranged in a parallel manner. The compressor is driven by electrical or mechanical energy. The outputs are attached to a switchable valve with four connection pieces.
