The mold has a guide part (6) running diagonally downwards to a blade side, which is turned away from pressure, and is adjacent to an end of a front curve of a turbine blade (1) and resides in the turbine blade. The turbine blade is designed such that a part of airflow and/or water flow, which is pressurized at working surface (2), is guided through an opening (3) in the turbine blade over the guide part. The guide part consists of a rotatable guide blade, where axis of the guide blade is connected with the turbine blade by springs.
