The view mark (3) is engaged, and the view mark (4) is disengaged during the reception of a rate-1 signal. The view mark (5) is engaged, and the view mark (3) is disengaged during the reception of rate-2 signal. The view mark (4) for a time period is engaged with one of the other view marks, and is disengaged according to a flow of the time period, where the period serves as an additional time. The marks are different colored LEDs.
