The device (1) comprises two tubular hollow bodies and a magnetic field generating kit (3). The kit is formed such that the inhomogeneous portion (4) of the magnetic field (5) is concentrated in the wall range (9) of a tubular hollow body (7). The homogeneous portions (6) of the magnetic field are concentrated in the central range of the former tubular hollow body with another tubular hollow body (11). The former tubular hollow body is arranged partly around the latter tubular hollow body and partially in the magnetic field of the kit generating magnetic field. Air (15) flowing through the latter tubular hollow body has a higher oxygen portion than the former tubular hollow body flowing through air (17).
