A demonstration device comprises a material (1) having defined adhesion properties and possessing fluorescent or phosphorescent properties, a light source (2) the light wavelength of which is selected so that the material (1) is excited to emit light. The material (1) is fabricated by using an adhesive and a fluorescent or phosphorescent material.
