The system has a receiver (30) or a transmitter (20) provided at an automatic pump (6). The automatic pump shifts a feed pump for fuel from a storage tank (3) when a tank fuel nozzle (5) runs a correct fuel from the feed pump. The tank fuel nozzle is designed with a reader to read a data medium in a car (1). A tank filler inserts the tank fuel nozzle into a tank filler neck and presses a lever into the tank fuel nozzle so that the fuel flows into the tank. The tank filler retrieves the fuel nozzle from the automatic pump.
