The method involves obtaining an interface-address such that an electronic device (11) and an internet (INT) are communicated with each other. Areas with respect to the interface-address are determined. A local area parameter of an electronic device that is used in the areas is determined. The electronic device is fixed according to a local area parameter. The interface-address is obtained by obtaining an internet protocol (IP)-address of the electronic device, evaluating whether the IP-address is public or not and considering the IP-address as interface-address when the IP-address is public.
