The control element has input push buttons (88, 89) arranged in a housing of the control element or separated from the housing of the control element for realizing an input instruction or for connecting microphones. The buttons are operated in a single-stage or multi-stage by transmission of force, which is transmitted on an upper side of a transmission element (58). A signal generator detects the movement of the transmission element in a relative long path, and left and right lateral push buttons (94, 95) detect movement of the transmission element in a relative short path in a direction.
