The system has a battery (4) separated by a circuit unit during start process of an electrical system (B). The battery charges an ultra cap (2) by a direct current (DC)-DC converter (3) before start of a vehicle on a high stress than a rated stress. A stress level of the electrical system is determined during recuperation of stress produced from an electrical generator (G) and/or recuperation brakes. The electrical system stress is equal to an output stress of the generator after the recuperation process and in normal operation.
