The aid has adjusting mechanisms (3, 4, 8) adjusting variable traction force and/or working period, where the aid affects from an upper part of a body for driving with the traction force against a weight of the body. The aid comprises a springing e.g. tension spring (5), with a linear track force characteristics, where the springing contains a flat spring. The flat spring is fixed to ends, and is rolled off on a fixed opposing surface during increased loading.
