The device has a magnet (9) inducing a magnetically inducible implant, where the implant is a rigid implantation body (8) e.g. injectionable metal pin, formed of a metal or metal alloy. The magnet is placeable outside of a base of a tongue (4), a soft palate (3) and a front tongue region (2). The magnet inducing the implantation body is connectable and disconnectable in an adjustable manner. The magnet is adjustable by acoustic coupling with a microphone (11). The implantation body consists of a metallic core, which is surrounded by a ceramic layer.
