The polyolefin composition has a fusion volume rate of 1-300 cm 3/10 minutes. A portion of alpha ,beta -olefinic unsaturated mono- or dicarboxylic acid or 0.3-5 mass% of anhydride on the basis of the composition from 50-95 mass% is also provided. The mass composition is grafted by solid phase of styrene ethylene or butylene styrene three block copolymer, carboxylated styrene ethylene or propylene styrene three block copolymer with a fusion volume rate of 1-100 cm 3/10 minutes. A carboxylated degree between 0.05 and 5 mass% and 50-5 mass% is grafted by fixed phase grafting carboxylated polypropylene.
