The method involves connecting a disk-or rotor core stack with a rotor shaft or a rotor carrier in a form-fit manner. The stack is provided with overlapping projections at inner circumferential surfaces and outer circumferential surfaces (12). The stack is pressed on the shaft or the carrier under plastic deformation of the projections and is pressed in an opening of the carrier. The projections are arranged one upon the other in an axial direction of a rotational axis of the rotor.
