The device has a discharge line (13) connected to a fluid inlet pipe (11), and freely moved to a connection end facing the fluid inlet pipe. The discharge line achieves rotary or pendulum-like output movements in an operating mode under influence of fluid flowing through the discharge line, where the movements are prevented in another operating mode. A catch or retaining unit (15) i.e. magnet, is provided for the discharge line, and is fixed to a region, spaced apart from the connection end, for adjusting the latter operating mode. An independent claim is also included for a device for processing or cleaning using fluid.
