A waste-management method involves collecting saline water (brine) and spraying the saline water with a number of spray systems or/and atomizing systems for generating saline droplets which are extensively distributed finely and uniformly, after traversing a given convection path through the air-mass located on a deposition surface and then are deposited on the deposition surface. Independent claims are provided for the following.
