The thermal engine (1) has a low pressure steam jet, which rotates around its axis. The thermal engine is a coherent uniform construction unit. The low pressure steam jet has a propelling nozzle (4), mixture nozzle (5), diffuser (6) and a flow channel of an axial turbine (2). The thermal engine has an additional radial turbine (3) for the axial turbine, where rotational energy is transferred on an output shaft (7). A dragging jet initially takes up cold air propelled by the axial turbine.
