The method involves converting an end product address of a communication device (500) into a part of a cryptographic key by direct or indirect application of an inversion function of a non-returnable function with a falling board. The cryptographic key is public or private. The end product address is utilized for key arrangement, and inverse function of the non-returnable function is computation of radical in a circle, where the non-returnable function represents exponentials in the circle. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a device for generating a cryptographic key (2) a roaming device for executing a procedure for key agreement (3) a digital data carrier comprising instruction for executing a procedure for key agreement.
