The plant has energy generators formed by combinational usage of energy source such as sun, wind, water, geothermal energy, thermal, bio-gas, natural gas, and bio mass. A parabolic trough plant (5) is arranged in front of and beside a structure in a solar direction so that large portion of heat is available for energy supply. Wind power plants (6) are arranged at a body of the structure. Massive pump storage stations are developed with the energy generators, and incur compensation of energy network, and treatment of sea water and transport of industrial water in the interior.
