The device has a device e.g. optical lens (15), for generating a pulsed laser radiation, and a device for endovascular interferences and including an optical conductor, where the devices are optically coupled with each other. The laser radiation generating device is adjusted in such a manner that the laser radiation is producible in visible and/or infrared wavelength range with pulse duration of less than 500 pico seconds, in particular not exceeding one pico second or 300 femto seconds, and pulse energy of one micro joule.
