The method for producing vulcanization bellows (4) for vehicle tires entails producing a blank (3) which is positioned in a heated mold with external heating segments (1). The inner side of the bellows blank is subjected to a heating under pressure so that the blank is pressed into the inside contour (2) of the external heating segments. Heat energy is then fed via the heating segments and heating medium for vulcanization of the blank. The vulcanized bellows is then extracted and further processing carried according to a conventional process.
