The accumulator is provided in sectional manner, and is filled with a storage medium. The sensor device is arranged in an upper region of a volume of a carrier element (24) of the accumulator, where the volume is filled with the storage medium. The sensor device is arranged in a recess (22) of the carrier element into which the storage medium is penetrated. An independent claim is also included for a method for determining a charging condition of a cooling and/or heat accumulator for an air conditioning system of a vehicle.
