The method involves detachably connecting an mounting assistance element with a hollow body e.g. mounting rail (15), to be inserted. The assistance element is fastened at a framework for forming a concrete wall or concrete floor. The concrete wall or concrete floor is cast. The assistance element is removed completely from the hollow body during striking of the concrete wall or concrete floor. The hollow body is open towards a surface area of the concrete wall or concrete floor. An independent claim is also included for a mounting assistance aid for mounting and inserting a hollow body in a concrete wall or concrete floor.
