The method for relaxing and/or neutralizing and vitalizing filtered or naturally drinkable water, comprises pressing the water with pressure by a ring cone (11), which tapers to an outlet opening (8) to produce a process of entering changes of static and dynamic forces on the water, relaxing the water, releasing gases, which are to be released, from the water depending upon saturation degree, and collectively vitalizing the water. A rotational direction is given to the flowing water in an inlet chamber (2) by corresponding direction guidance of a water supply (5). The method for relaxing and/or neutralizing and vitalizing filtered or naturally drinkable water, comprises pressing the water with pressure by a ring cone (11), which tapers to an outlet opening (8) to produce a process of entering changes of static and dynamic forces on the water, relaxing the water, releasing gases, which are to be released, from the water depending upon saturation degree, and collectively vitalizing the water. A rotational direction is given to the flowing water in an inlet chamber (2) by corresponding direction guidance of a water supply (5). A mandrel pipeline (7) is introduced in a mandrel (6). Food supplement material, wellness products, gases and pharmaceutical and chemical agent are introduced over the mandrel pipeline and into an outlet line by a supply device for diluting/mixing or quantifying in the water with suitable dosing- or feeding devices. A through-opening of the ring cone is adjustably arranged by displacing the mandrel pipeline. The treated water is calmed by a flow regulator and is supplied to a turbulence arm for the outlet opening. The necessary water pressure takes place by a direct connection of the water supply to the house water supply network and by inserting a pump into the water supply. The water is supplied over a storage container and a tubing system. A pressure regulator, by which the degree of the effect of the ring cone and/or the degrees of the effect of admixtures are controlled, is introduced into the water supply line. A through-flow regulator, by which a regulation of the required quantity is carried out, is integrated into the outlet line. An independent claim is included for a device for relaxing and/or neutralizing and vitalizing filtered or naturally drinkable water.
