Method for non-destructive recognition of leakage gas in fuel cell operated with oxygen and hydrogen, involves arranging ion-permeable electrolyte between anode gas area and cathode gas area
The method involves arranging an ion-permeable electrolyte (5) between an anode gas area (4) and a cathode gas area (3), particularly in a fuel cell (2) of a mobile fuel cell plant (1). Two test gases are provided, where formed gas is hydrogen (H2) and latter gas is produced by mixture of oxygen (O2) with an inert gas, particularly nitrogen (N2). An independent claim is included for a fuel cell plant for the execution of a recognition method.
