The method involves bringing a primary carrier (10) i.e. eukaryotic cell, in electrically capacitive connection to an electrically conductive electrode, and forming an insulation region in such a manner that the electrode is electrically insulated by the carrier during conduction of a measuring medium. A surface region of a secondary carrier (20) is brought in mechanical contact with solution (L) or suspension. The secondary carrier is exposed to determined force for a certain incubation period, where the secondary carrier comprises a component perpendicular to a part of the surface region. An independent claim is also included for a device for manufacturing a biosensor arrangement.
