The wall e.g. play wall and/or sports wall (1), has a wall section (2) rotatably supported such that different sides of the wall section are shifted to a functional position by rotation. The wall section is held in a holder by a movable support (5) for rotationally supporting the wall section, and is shifted between a retracted position and an extended position by actuating the support. The actuating movement is executed by the support, and rotation movements are kinematically decoupled and executed independently. The wall section is adjusted backwards in the holder in the extended position.
