Medicament for controlled release of medicinal substances in the medicament, comprises medically harmless, alcoholic fermentation enabled yeast. Independent claims are included for: (1) the preparation of the medicament for continuous release of medicinal substances, comprising pressing an active agent containing layer and yeast containing layer to form a double coated tablet, providing the double coated tablet with water permeable, gas proof coat and drilling an opening in the coat in the area of active agent containing layer; and (2) the preparation of the medicament for sudden release of medicinal substances, comprising adding the medicament and yeast into a sugar syrup, providing the obtained mixture with a water permeable, gas proof coat and then forming little balls.
