The driving assistance device has a speed measuring unit, a torque measuring unit and a torque control unit. The application of the driving assistance device is functionally limited at a speed range between 0 and a value below 10, particularly 5 kilometer per hour. The torque control unit limits the speed of the torque variation of the torque at a certain specified value in an operating condition. The torque is carried to drive gears (2,3).
