The instrument has blades (1, 2) with a connecting device (3) e.g. swivel joint, which connects the blades with one another in a movable manner. A retaining device (4) is provided at an end of the blade (1) for fixing a segment of skin, and a cutting edge (5) is provided at an end of the blade (2) for cutting a part of the segment of the skin fixed by the retaining device. The retaining device is provided with a fork (6) comprising two extensions (7). A rivet, a pivot or a screw are provided as the swivel joint between the blades.
