The vehicle (10) has a body (12) with a centrically arranged center carrier (16) within a rear region (14). A rear flap (18) is linked to the carrier for opening and/or closing a luggage compartment (34). The flap is rotatable around a longitudinal axis pointing in a driving direction (22). The flap forms a part of a motor vehicle roof of the body and/or a part of a side wall of the body in a closed condition. The flap includes a rear flap pane (38) arranged in the side wall of the body for forming a window. The pane is arranged adjacent to a side window (30) located in a side door (26).
