The valve has bodies (10, 12, 14) provided with a flow passing pipeline (30) that is closed by a valve piston (40). A valve unit (50) is provided at inner side of the bodies and provided with a sealing ring (60), which is provided with a flow limiting element. Throttle parts (62) are provided at the valve unit and provided with through holes (64), and a sleeve (56) is loaded by a spring, and one end of the sleeve is provided on the sealing ring. The piston is connected with the sleeve, and the valve unit closes a discharging pipeline (44).
