The device and procedure for water treatment during the production of mineral material, comprise treatment bodies, on which different currents are induced into the treated water/fluid by trafo principle of the windings. The frequencies and impulses are simultaneously and variably used with different capacities in each combination. The treatment bodies are constructed according to the application in different tube diameter. The device operates and acts independent of the flow speed, flow rate, water temperature, pH value, hardness degree of water and mineral materials in the water.
