The cylinder (1) has two channels (2a, 2b) moved in a circumferential direction toward third channel, which is provided in center regions (C, D) of the cylinder. The channels (2a, 2b) are provided in side regions (A, B, E, F) of the cylinder such that the three channels are partially overlapped in an axial direction. The channels (2a, 2b) are not connected with each other, and are axially spaced from each other. A register pin is provided in the third channel, which completely extends over width or axial length of the cylinder.
