The hydraulic pump or hydraulic motor has a rotary wing (1) and four axially movable wings (4). A rotor (2) is provided, which is formed as shaft with a circulating curve groove (2d) for the movement of the axial wings. The rotary wing is stuck by the rotor. An axial wing drum or stator is suspended with four axial wings on an end of the rotor, where the end is provided with the curve groove. The axial wing drum is firmly connected with the housing.
