The system (1) has an input database (5) for storing payments transferred by health care professionals. A control unit (9) verifies and processes the payments stored in the database and transfers the payments to a processing unit (12). The processing unit generates fee information based on the transferred payments, such that the control unit transfers only a payment of a payment category for each health care professional to the processing unit. An input device (10) e.g. mouse, inputs data and/or instructions by a user. An independent claim is also included for a method for processing of payment of health care professionals.
