The arrangement has a nozzle body (10) including a nozzle opening (12) connected with a ring-shaped storage head provided for retaining plastic material. A bolt (14) with a round cross section is arranged in the nozzle opening for forming a nozzle gap (16). A liquid plastic material is conveyed through the nozzle gap for forming a plastic hollow body i.e. bottle. An end of the nozzle gap forms an outlet (20). The nozzle body and/or the bolt directly exhibit a bent process before the outlet in a conveying direction of the liquid plastic material. An independent claim is also included for a method for operating a blow molding machine.
