The module has an LED (2) arranged on a printed circuit board (1), which is screwed into a Plexiglass(RTM: acrylic glass) tube (5) by using screwing lugs (3). Rubber stoppers (6) are attached to ends of the tube and provided for sealing a hole for a cable feed-through against external influences. The stoppers are suspended on a current conducting cable, where end of the cable is provided with a plug. A handrail-tube and a fastening-socket are mounted on a base, and an intermediate-rod is provided for connecting a handrail with support columns.
