The adjusting unit has an adjusting lever (9) including an end connected with an adjusting part for transmitting torque. The lever has another end that is guided through a narrow slot (12) of a panel (11). The panel extends in an operating direction of the lever. The latter end of the lever is slidably and shortly supported before the slot in a guide arranged parallel to a slot side wall (12.1) with a line contact, in a two-way manner. The latter end of the lever is directly and flexibly connected with the adjusting part through the former end.
